Justin is the best at what he does and will fight for you when you need help the most. We first met Justin when our house was destroyed by fire in 2012. Justin assured us that he would do his best to see that we were compensated and made whole again. Justin got us a trailer to live in onsite while our home was being rebuilt. It took a year and a half but it was worth it, having a new home to live in for our family.
Hard to believe but just last year we were once again devastated by a house fire, Our family was once again displaced. I immediately called Justin and he once again assured us that he would make sure that our insurance compensated us for our loss. This time we had 10 family members without a place to live including 6 children. Justin had the insurance company supply 2 house trailers this time and the wait was on. He really had to fight the insurance company on this one but came through with flying colors. It took a year and we were back in our home.
I can’t say enough about what Justin did for us, 2 times. He is a professional and has a team of other professionals that will get you the compensation your insurance company promises. I had the unfortunate experience of a house fire last year. Having hired Justin was the best thing I could have done. I watched him go toe-to-toe with the insurance rep on what they were not going to do to bring my house back to normal. Well they finally relented and did what they should do through Justin’s insistence. Also, he guided us through the whole process. Things I would not have claimed, he told me why I needed to. I called Justin for advice on an insurance claim, and even though he couldn’t take me on as a client at the time, he was incredibly helpful. He offered guidance, shared useful references, and pointed me in the right direction. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to help. On August 15, 2024 my home was struck by lighting and destroyed by fire and water and needed to be rebuilt.  I didn't know what a Public Adjuster was until that day.
The next day I chose Justin Grenier who was able to get me into a hotel until temporary housing was available.  He was local which was important and worked with my insurance company in the past which was also helpful.  I doubt many people who experience any disaster can cope with all that is involved in navigating the entire process alone. I remember vividly watching my house burn down and grateful and God willing no body was hurt like it was yesterday.  It was that moment I realized I was going to have to make some difficult discissions.

After speaking with several possible PA's, I realized this is going to be the biggest financial decision I have ever made!   After speaking with Justin I knew he was the guy.  I just knew it.  And my gut was right.

It was a very long process.  We had to take the insurance company to reference because they just didn't want to pay what was owed.  Fortunately in the end we won the reference, a sum of $360,000.00!!!  This was huge, if we had lost, I was going to incur that cost!! Justin was able to get everything I was entitled to.

I am incredibly lucky and blessed that Justin came into my life during this time of need.  Trust me you need someone that is smart enough and not afraid to fight for you when taking on an Insurance Company.

A shelf falling off the wall called out a slow, leaking pipe which led to a 9-month insurance debacle that left this family of 6 (and 2 dogs) with a torn-up kitchen and floor.  Everything we had in there was packed up in bins or laid out on a folding table in the dining room while we figured our homeowners insurance, we paid into for years, would help us repair.  After two months of them not returned calls or emails, they come back with a settlement that wouldn’t cover the cost of flooring material, let alone cabinets, plumbing, wall repairs, painting, and installation.  Follow up requests were also ignored.  That is when a friend recommended Justin Grenier to us.

Justin called back immediately to discuss the situation and was at our house the next day to walk us through the Adjuster process.  He was patient, detailed and honest about the process that we hired him on the spot.  By the end of that same day, he already had the insurance company agreeing to pay for the cost and installation of a temporary sink.  After two months of washing dishes in the bathtub, this was a huge step right there and his work did not stop there.  Justin was on the phone or emailing my insurance company multiple times of the day, nights, and weekends.  He brought out his own team to determine the actual cost it was going to repair everything and presented it to the insurance company.  He kept non-stop pressure on them.  They attempted to treat him the same way they treated us, and he wouldn’t have it.  He was professional the whole time, but very forceful when needed.  The insurance company would come back with “revised settlements” that were never much better than the original and FAR off from what the actual costs were.  In the end, he had them issuing multiple checks and increased their first settlement offer over 1000%!!!!  Yes, that is 1000%!

Would I recommend Justin, absolutely.  If it wasn’t for him, we probably would have done what the insurance company wanted and just give up.  Justin didn’t, and we can now fully repair our kitchen and go back to our normal lives.  You always here horror stories of how people are treated by insurance companies that we pay into for years and them not caring about you.
